Yahoo Finance Uninstall
Uninstalling Yahoo Finance depends on where you're accessing it from. It could be a mobile app, a desktop application, or a browser extension. Here's how to uninstall each:
Mobile App (Android or iOS)
The process is similar on both Android and iOS (iPhone/iPad) devices:
- Locate the Yahoo Finance Icon: Find the app icon on your home screen or app drawer.
- Uninstall on Android: Tap and hold the icon. Options like "Uninstall," "Remove," or a trash can icon may appear. Drag the icon to "Uninstall" or tap the appropriate option. Alternatively, go to Settings > Apps (or Applications) > Find Yahoo Finance in the list > Tap on it > Select "Uninstall."
- Uninstall on iOS: Tap and hold the icon. After a second or two, the icon will start to wiggle and an "X" will appear in the corner. Tap the "X" on the Yahoo Finance icon. Confirm the deletion by tapping "Delete." Alternatively, go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage) > Find Yahoo Finance in the list > Tap on it > Select "Delete App."
- Confirmation: Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm the uninstall.
