- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
- Financial Planning: Develop personalized financial plans that address clients' specific needs and goals, ensuring alignment with their long-term financial well-being.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and regulations to provide informed and up-to-date advice.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure ethical and compliant financial practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and financial services is highly desirable.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Relevant financial certifications (e.g., Series 7, Series 63, CFP) are a plus.
